It got nothing to do with Pacquaio. He is bashing the Klitschkos, saying they are beatable on every damn broadcast even when they arent fighting. He is obsessed with them. Predicted almost every fight against them in the last years.
I've enjoyed a few of them, yeah. Not all fights are exciting, but then they only cost around 5 dollars were I live. That's ten percentiles of e.g. Pacquiao-Mosley and huge value for money by comparison.
