If Wlad and Pac's and their fans left the sport, boxing would be in a great place.

Both suspect chin having guys gave us thrills by beating and getting ktfo by inferior guys. Boxing might miss both getting ktfo again, but boxing would survive without Wlad and Pac.

The way you describe him is pretty much the traditional old-fashioned stereotype of someone in 'the fight game', so you can't exactly call him an embarrassment to boxing.
He's a pure bred boxing man by the sounds of it.

Teddy is a good trainer but he's an acquired taste. Some won't respond to his energy and over dramatics...Tim seemed to respond well and apply what he was instructed by his corner.

 

Teddy is straight laced with no chase. He calls it like he sees it and that's a lot better than calling it the way you want it to be. Lampley and Max. I'm sure some of you gents heard what he told Max when Max brought his fake ass over to Bradleys corner with those BS questions. That's why he never said anything to Teddy post fight.

 

lol yea I noticed that too. Atlas knows he might rub folks the wrong way, but he don't care. I don't think he cares about getting a Trainer of the Year in 2016, but don't be surprised if he actually did!

 

I just saw ESPN, they made like Teddy Atlas ko'd Rios. The guy is overrated, but what is to be expected, he made his entire rep by sucking up to reporters and writers, then becoming friends with many, and finally becoming one of them by getting ESPN gig.

 

He took way to much credit for Tyson, and I can see why Tyson would hate him.

 

If black supremacists like you left the sport , boxing would be much better place.
