In regards to Chavez Jr, Bob is willing to split the promotion and share with Lou DiBella. That's a step in the right direction but I fear that it is too late for Mayweather-Pacquiao because Floyd has already moved up in weight. Arum has stated long before the crazy talk about May-Pac that he would never put Pacquiao in the ring against Floyd. Looks like he stuck to his guns. Manny wants a 50/50??? He should've taken it when it was agreed upon. He pissed away the split that he wants so badly just to avoid a drug testing program and the ass whooping that would've followed it. I must say that it was smart of Bob to refuse because Manny taking that loss would have resulted in a loss of 10's of millions that Manny generated for Bob with al of those TR sticking stuffer fights with Margarito, Cotto, and the others.

Floyd priced himself out of the fight, not Arum.

no floyd called toprank and pacs bluff by agreeing to fight at a split that pac had previously said he would be prepared to maybe accept entertain.

So yes, due to pac deciding he would no longer accept anything less than 50/50 floyd has priced himself out but at the end of the day he was only reacting to what pac said back in december. Imo it is pac's right to change his mind but it served to complicate matters further because if he was straight about himself not accepting a lesser split in the beginning, then maybe floyd wouldn't have bothered with the offer.

Bottom line is that all who are involved are ****s, not willing to give or take. The facts speak for themselves and by your logic I can't see how Arum is not pricing himself out either. imo they are all playing games and have deluded opinions as to what they should be worth.

I agree with Atlas. Arum isn't convinved that Pacquaio can beat Mayweather and that's why he wont make the fight. He will continue to put Pacman in there against guys he feels that he will beat, but fights that will still appeal to the public. He's all about that green.

STOP. That's all I need to know. Teddy is wrong 100% of the time - theperfect reverse barometer. So...this means there will be a fight and soon and Bob Arum will bring pressure to make sure it happens.
