    Even if these are 100% legit they may not be damning. Floyd is asking for some testing outside the normal parameters. Now the lawyers want to get a full clarification on all possible ramifications and they have to cover every possible outcome. That includes stuff like what if the first test reveals something? Do they run to the press prior to the second, more conclusive testing? I seem to remember that if a sample turns up something it is sent in for more accurate screening. So, these may be nothing more than the lawyers hammering out contract details. Bottom line is Manny has still agreed to an unparalleled level of testing. Bottom line, let any cheater burn, but I'm tired of people convicting him without proof. In the civilized world, it is innocent until proven guilty.

    OH BOY. God has honored us with his first post to pass judgment on Freddy Roach. I wonder which of these two I would tend to have more faith in.....:think

    Who cares anyways? First of all... it wouldn't be Pac sending emails... it would be whoever is going to do the negotiations. Now... it is rather simple that if blood testing is being discussed... then obviously it would also have to be discussed and negotiated as to what would happen pending a positive or negative result. Isn't that rather obvious? WTF do you think was going to happen if he came up positive? That everyone was going to just stand around staring at each other wondering what to do next because it was never discussed or put into the contract?:lol:

    That is how negotiations and drawing up a contract work. If blood testing is going to be administered as part of the contract agreement... then of course it would also have to be negotiated and entered into the contract exactly what the next steps would be put into place in the instance or a negative OR positive result.

    Hey man I am with you, but hey Manny is suing everyone else.

    Hell if this lawsuit goes through I am sure that Mayweather's team has emails to the same effect!

    Who cares? It sets up the "reasonable doubt" for Mayweather to ask for testing!

    No the damn fight would be off an he would lose his damned liscense for X amount of time. An athleted doesn't have any say in what happens if he tests dirty. This is also why Pac is avoiding the USADA.

    *******s are full of it!

    And how stupid would they be to put it in writing in an email if they were trying to cover something up? You can go into servers and track the path back to the server it was sent from to verify who/where it came from. Like this:
    root@cp [/home/oooc]# cat /var/log/exim_mainlog |grep 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S
    2010-01-08 19:47:22 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S H=smtp-1.atlantic.net [69.28.75.111] Warning: "SpamAssassin as oooo detected message as NOT spam (4.4)"
    2010-01-08 19:47:22 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S <=
    This content is protected
    H=smtp-1.atlantic.net [69.28.75.111] P=esmtp S=6568 T="Senate House Msg"
    2010-01-08 19:47:22 cwd=/var/spool/exim 3 args: /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S
    2010-01-08 19:47:22 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S => hermit <hermit@outofoptions.gov> R=virtual_user T=virtual_userdelivery
    2010-01-08 19:47:22 1NTPUA-0003iy-8S Completed
    root@cp [/home/oooc]#

    Even more information saved in headers that you usually have turned off so you don't have to see all that crap.

    I'm skeptical about this for the simple fact that if the Pacquiao camp really sent such an email to the Mayweather camp, why in the world wouldn't Floyd and company go public with it. They couldn't get sued over going public with an email that was sent to them? I seriously doubt the Mayweather camp would sit on something like this, especially now that the fight is officially off.
