This is true. Marquez will always be a tough fight for Pacquiao. Styles makes fights and Marquez will always counterpunch the crap out of Pacquiao

I would agree with Atlas if this fight was taking place at 135 pounds.... but the reality is that Pacquiao is much better suited to fight at 147 and Marquez simply is too small to fight at welterweight. He will be slow and fat compared to him fighting at 130 - 135. Marquez's best chance is to come in light for this fight and not try and put on too many excess pounds. I see Pacquiao winning via TKO in the later rounds.

Yesterday: What a ****ing idiot that teddy attlas guy....
Today: amazing prediction, right on the money...

Only if it fits your agenda.

It's only one guy's opinion how can he say a LW vs a WW is better... Ortiz is the best fight that could be made in the WW's...

And I would have to take Ortiz>JMM at Welter weight simply because of size... Of course JMM is the better fighter but not at WW!

Also just because berto Dropperd Ortiz doesn't mean Mayweather could, the only reason Berto was able to do that was because ortiz took risks and did not make it into a stand in front of berto waiting for him to do something like he did with Peterson, letting it be in the mid range a lot... this time he pushed forward the whole 12 rounds like he was a crazy possesed Pressure fighter... it was all the **** they said about him he took risks and pushed forward all night but HEY the risks paid off, he won the WW title in jaw dropping fashion. If you watch petereson then Berto, Ortiz looks like 2 completely different fighters, I wonder what style he will use with May, calm mid range power punches stalking, or not giving a **** coming forward hard for 12 hard rounds.

People continue to point to Manny "improved" power but I'm not so convinced that its all that much better, yes Pac is a good puncher but not devastating, he stopped Diaz, Oscar & Cotto with speed and accumulation, they had no defense for stopping Manny's offensive assault...

Other than a well placed left against Hatton who ran head first into the punch, Manny hasn't shown he will be getting anyone out with one punch...

The key for JMM will be and always has been counter-punching, if Juan can handle Pac's speed and make him miss regularly he still has a good chance to make it a good fight or even edge out a win...

Shane had success making Manny miss but was to scared or unwilling to return fire, Mosely frustrated Pac throughout with movement so i feel with JMM ring IQ and counter-punching ability that he has a good chance in the fight...

This all depends on how much he has left of course but I honestly haven't seen a great decline in his abilities, Floyd is just a bad style match-up for Marquez and is just that much better than Juan, I didn't notice anything in that fight that said Juan lost anything considering Floyd makes everyone look bad I don't take much from that fight..

Unless Pac does get a KO this fight will be close on the cards once again...

His little articles in Boxing News are ****ing sickening. Has given no respect to Pac about his opponents. Hatton was made to order, Margarito and De La Hoya were drained, Cotto and Mosley were damaged goods and Clottey didn't come to fight.

JMM and Floyd have similar styles in they both try time and use counterpunching to their fight game...

I think Floyd does everything better than JMM which is one reason I think Floyd would give Pac fits...Think what Floyd would be able to do, since we seen wat JMM Can do..

There's no way you can consider the Oscar win good, as drained as he was and the fact that he was busted up and lost rounds to Stevie "2 pounds" Forbes, the same Forbes Andre Berto shut out, Freddie already discredited that win for Pac when he scrutinized Oscar last two performances and notice the IV marks, knew he couldn't pull the trigger etc, etc...

Mayweather won 12 rounds and KD'd a welterweight JMM two years ago.

According to the general ESB consensus of "anything Floyd can do, Manny can do better," Teddy's statement is opposite of the truth. Ortiz poses a much greater threat than Marquez. If it's at lightweight, whole different ballgame.

Actually I had Maywaether schooling Marquez. Just that Marquez was able to keep Floyd off him and make him weary and careful. IMO that's not the case with Ortiz.

you *****s are so sensitive. I'm not dissing Floyd here.
