Teddy Atlas Puts Out A Youtube Video...

He's days as 'high profile' trainer are soon gone but maybe he still keeps posting here under name of Hendo.

If you saw another interview on bokser.org, Atlas states that Povetkin would have ended up with next to nothing once Sauerland got their cut.

 

Atlas kills me, he talks about these internet hacks, but look at some of the controversial stuff he himself comes out with, the email about Manny, Shane Mosley possibly getting bested cause he was no longer juicing? which is an implication he made live on the air!

He talks about decency, but this is a guy that was willing to shoot Lalonde for dropping his as his trainer.

Problem with Atlas, its his way or the highway, he thinks his opinion is the authority on everything.

Why dont he just wrap up for 5 mins instead of chucking in his two sense worth of controversy every 2 mins?

 

Atlas is the most hypocritical individual in boxing. Fact is he's not relevant any more. But every now and then he has to rear his head just to remind us of how much a bitter individual he is. As a trainer he's been a flop. As a boxing scribe he's been abysmal. Why does he insist on making whacky claims against dam near everybody?

 

Teddy has his faults, but he's right about Kalle Sauerland.

Teddy may be wrong on a lot of things but he voices his opinion when he thinks somethings out of order.

Agreed, promoters taking more money out of boxing than boxers who risk their life should be a pure no no.

 

Lol...lets be real Teddy is a "dumbass" because he called Manny on his cheating. I mean at least have the balls to say it, I don't really give a **** either way as Teddy didn't say anything that I don't already believe, but the vast majority of "Teddy haters" are because he called out Manny, period.

 

No, I believe people already called Atlas a dumbass for being the worst predictor of fight outcomes. The joke around here is that if Atlas picks a fighter to win, that fighter is doomed to lose. The Atlas comment about sources saying they saw an email about Pac's team talking about consequences of steroid use has no merit. He has not produced any evidence and it is a fact that an email cannot be destroyed. The fact that there is no documentable proof that Pac ever used PEDs, no failed drug tests (including the unannounced test after the Margario fight), no witnesses, no BALCO scandal (unlike Mosley), absolutely NOTHING... further cements Atlas' reputation as a complete utter DUMBASS.

 

Yeah, I'm sure he simply made it all up, that seems reasonable. He just went on TV and told a completely fabricated lie...I mean why wouldn't he, it's just his entire career on the line.

 

For some reason, Teddy Atlas does not strike me as one who lies.

He might be mentally liable, but a liar? I don't think so...

I saw it probably five or six times, how can anyone hate Teddy? He looked out for his fighter and at the same time attacked corruption and a weak punk ass like Kalle Sauerland.
