Teddy Atlas: "Samuel Peter not looking good in training"

According to Flatlander, Peter is the hungrier.

 

This has always been the take on Peter. I remember talking to Tommy Brooks, and he said Peter doesnt listen and doesnt train hard, and thats why they parted ways. Peter showed a lot of promise but like David Tua, they let themselves go. Money I would suspect is the biggest factor here, they just dont care anymore.

 

Bad news for Chambers:

Atlas thinks Peter looks bad in training.
Therefore, he will pick Chambers to win.
Therefore, Peter will win.

 

Atlas will pick Chambers, plus Buddy McGirt!?
Oh, no Chambers might just die in there. That's two very powerful curses.

Chambers showed his colors as a journeyman after he lost to Povetkin..

theyre both look like the fat boys from the disorderly movie, they are embarrasment to boxing.. If theyre hungry send them out to vegas to see who can finish off the buffet first.. that should motivate them

 

It doesn't really surprise me. Peter is weak minded. His last loss was the first one that he couldn't deny was a result of being a lesser man. I'm inclined to believe perennial loser, Rico Spadafora.

Those curses are potent enough that even if Peter would do nothing at all 1 of the spotlights above the ring falling down and crushing Chambers would be entirely realistic.
