Teddy Atlas slams Fraud - DLH rematch on Wed night fights!

    Anyone catch this, Teddy and Joe Tessitore went off on HBO and this rematch???

    He actualy said he felt like HBO and their commentators were trying to "con" him into thinking the rematch would be any different as far as DLH having more of a chance.

    Also made a good point, said something to the effect that -If an NFL team wins an exhibition game and then people said, well now that proves they can beat the superbowl champs now. Who would buy that? No one.

    He said what he saw was a "puffy" faced DLH from a much smaller, light punching guy and sure he dominated this showcase fight - but that proves nothing when it comes to evaluating the Fraud rematch.

    Tessitore pretty much agreed With Teddy and said this rematch does not "advance" the sport of boxing. I agree with both, I suspect most true boxing fans agree as well. :deal

    I just really hope that come fight night the fans show their disaproval by not buying this joke of a fight. Fight fans have a tendancy to not be able to avoid the temptation.

    It's hard not to watch your favorite fighter no matter who he fights. I aint BUYING it but you can bet your sweet ass I will be WATCHING it!

    I'll probably go to someone's house and watch it.

    I hate missing any big fights, even ones as crappy as this rematch.

    This is common knowledge. Nobody wants to see this fight except Oscarsexuals who are delusional enough to think he can win.

    Hers's a bit of fact speculation: true boxing fan make up about 2% of the sports fan base and maybe even less then that when it comes to average everyday Joe , so that mean 98% didn't even watch and didn't care what Teddy had to say and even those who did watch , more then like didn't know what the hell he was talking about .. so that mean about 78% will still buy the fight just because Oscar and Floyd name is on the card..

    so no matter what the fight will still happen because HBO can make money ...

    Those are the idiots that make me look bad. He aint ducking nobody he will just fight them on his own terms and when he's good and ready to just like Oscar does.

    That's understandable too. I will watch Floyd fight anybody. I'm just lucky I don't have to buy many fights because my boy buys most of them.
