    Teddy is a douche bag.

    Don't forget these facts:

    1) It was a close fight, a split decision, one in which Oscar won early with his jab and faded late. He also roughed up Floyd.

    2) In all close fights...exp. those involving titles and lots of money, there is always a sequal.

    3) Just because the fight won't be Leonard v. Hearns quality does not mean that the fight shouldn't happen (I'll concede that the Leonard v. Hearns style hype does undermine the fight and does cause a backlash).

    4) Just because Oscar will be a big underdog does not mean that he shouldn't get another crack at the title

Oscar is larger than the sport of boxing right now. He is going to fight two more times. One more will be free. "Yes" the two free fights are to sell the third. HBO will make lots of money off the PPV. Who cares if they sell the fight?

For all of Teddy the Douchbag's ramblings I bet he would bolt from ESPN to the big time in a heartbeat.

Yes, Teddy is annoying, but the rematch is rather blah....Big money rematch to a decent fight that failed to live up to the massive hype.

The fight is a non-title bout, but I suspect the WBC will create something to make it sound better.

It wasn't as close as Sheeple will lead you to believe...Floyd won at least 8 rounds unless you think blind flurries of rage are point scoring combinations.

I think I had it 7-5 if I recall. The fight was closer than the scorecards indicated. What made it close was that Oscar showed he "could" win if he only kept his jab up and didn't fade. I don't think he can ever beat Floyd, but I do think he showed enough to warrent another match. He certantly showed as much as Judda and more than Fatten.

    :rofl

I believe that most are fans of boxers that have the qualities that they value themselves. Im a fan of guys like Jermain Taylor, Margarito and Shane - guys that seek out the biggest challenges and display courage when others would simply duck and run.

Youre a fan of a loud mouthed coward, good for you. :good

uhhh, this is a boxing forum so I post my views on boxing. :patsch

Fraud is the only boxer I have ever called a coward, he earned it. :deal

No, Fraud aint ducking me - I aint a professional boxer. . .but Winky, Shane, Margarito and Cotto are all professional fighters that he has ducked.

yeah I guess you can call someone a coward when you don't have the nut sac yourself to climb through the ropes and fight..

I guess floyd was a coward when Arum stated Cotto wasn't ready for floyd ..
I guess floyd was a coward when Shane needed to get his tooth pulled instead of fight floyd when he had the chance.
I guess floyd was being a coward when he opted to fight Margarito only if Arum would throw in Cotto and Hatton for 10 mill apeace ..

you call yourself a boxing fan ?!?! man please how can you be a boxing fan and ignore other facts that pertain to the whole story ??!! thats called a ***** move .

you my friend are a attention getting nut sucker , if your going to be a fan of the sport, then except the whole story for what it is , not what make you happy or fits your agenda.

and if your a so called fan of the sport of boxing , then except it for the good and the bad .. and stop bitching over every little thing.

uh, a couple years ago Cotto wasnt ready for Fraud. . . he was still green. Hes clearly ready after beating Shane, but now Fraud is ducking - maybe if Cotto was green or an old part time boxer he would face him.

Shane defereed to the Fraud-DLH megafight at the time but said all along he would fight him after that. . . then Fraud saw Hatton-Collazo and saw Shane-Collazo and went with the path of least resistance like the coward he is.

Hey stupid, Hatton is not promoted by Arum. Every boxing fan knows Fraud should have accepted AM's 8 mil offer - but its a damn shame he didnt have the balls.

You sir are a simple Nut-Jockey and a sad excuse for a boxing fan.
