making anywhere from 30 to 40 million dollars for a random drug test and a 14 day cut off!!! Raises a lot of questions to me and also how do you know Pacquiao is clean ?? Just because he is nice guy and he is good for the sport your figure that he innocent !!!

Let me remind you that Shane Mosley is a nice guy who is a true gentlemen and is good for the sport but guess what that same nice guy got busted for using BALCO !! So What does that say !!!

Dumbass. Then that same logic could work for suggesting Floyd is also on PEDs. What's he got to hide in not signing for he fight? Maybe he was never intending to sign and this was his way out but look innocent whilst doing so.

    Works for me.

It doesn't make sense...if this e-mail was really out there, wouldn't someone from Floyd's camp have put it on blast already? If that was really said, then why would it be keep mum? Why would it take Teddy Atlas to bring it up?

At this point, I'm still giving Pac the benefit of the doubt, but if this turns out to be true...my opinion will change, and I'll be heartbroken.

ESPN analyst and trainer Teddy Atlas added some fuel to the speculation that Pacquiao is using performance-enhacing drugs by citing a source familiar with the negotiations who had viewed e-mails sent from Pacquiao's representatives to Mayweather's team.

"From sources that told me, they said that people in the Pacquiao camp sent a couple of e-mails to the Mayweather camp a few weeks ago, about 2-3 weeks ago," Atlas said. "And the first e-mail was 'What would the penalty be if our guy tested positive?' and the second e-mail was 'If he did test positive, could we keep this a secret for the benefit of boxing?'

"Now, if that's true, again, that doesn't prove anything definitively, but you have to wonder why those questions were being asked."

Atlas isn't the first person to bring up the e-mails. New York Daily News columnist Tim Smith detailed that exact scenario in a column Dec. 25.

    Not this again.

If the emails were in any way 'dodgy' don't you think Mayweather used it to his advantage by now?

Only ****ing ******s think there's anything suspicious behind them.

I'm pretty sure if this email is really existant to be in GBP / Mayweather's hands - their camp being the recipient of the email accdg to Atlas' RELIABLE Source.

FIRST THING THEY'll DO AFTER THE MEDIATION FALLOUT IS THEY WILL BE WAVING THE COPY TO THE MEDIA LIKE MOFOS, AS THIS IS LIKE NEXT TO SAYING "PACQUIAO IS GUILTY WHY HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE TESTED".

Since it didn't leak, i say this is HEARSAY.

lets get real.... these allegations have come from two respectable news sources who know just how litigious Manny and Arum are.... They have top class legal advice! If they thought the emails didnt exist would they risk bee brought under the defamation lawsuit being filed by Manny?
Also the only way May's camp releases these emails is as a deal killer, i.e if emails are released they know the fight will NEVER EVER happen, Which it will probably in the Fall!

No it's not a deal killer, it's not a lawsuit evidence material neither. Meaning it won't kill the potential fight this fall.

I don't think elvis or michael jackson is still alive, neither this email being existent. A juicy rumor like the other rumor that FMJ is taking some illegal painkillers.

If these emails do exist and GBP exposed Manny as a cheat it would seriously **** this fight up if not kill any chance of it ever happening.

No it won't, Pacquiao camp will always make the excuse that it's just a question.
