No they aren't, they managed to convince themselves that the USADA is in Floyd's back pocket, so it wouldn't take much more twisting to get themselves to believe that Teddy Atlas, a guy whom is universally respected as a trainer and Boxing mind, is also part of the Floyd Mayweather gang against Pacquiao.
