Thank you for admitting to being wrong. And I have never & shall never hide my feelings about this now moot case . At least one Indiana State Supreme Court Justice agrees with me that Tyson should have gotten another trial.

Dude the woman was a GodDamn CHAFFEUR & not a Psychologist & if we are gonna let a Chaffeur give psychological testimony we may as well let the ****ing Bell Hop administer the **** kit. No Judge in his right mind will let some one off the street testify to another person's mental state. Why the hell would we need psychologists if ****ing chaffeurs can diagnose us?
What if she was upset because she got treated like the Groupie she was & wanted more? What if she was afraid/upset/shocked at how late it was & because she had sneaked out of her room at 2 a.m. , wouldn't get back in time & get expelled from the Beauty contest? Stupid to even believe a Chaffeur would be allowed to give such testimony.

The three witnesses were not going to testify to someone's mental state & were hotel employees/guest who saw Tyson /Washington kissing when she lied & said there was no contact between them. (Although there was some minor contact between them on video) Questioning here honesty.

Bruising(Like Duke Lacrosse/Bryant) is not proof of a **** & any man on this board could get there wives to randomly get this test & it could possibly show some Vaginal bruising. And I am certain the defense had "experts" to testify to that also.

Like the Fact that Washington was a Sneaky Groupie who risked being expelled from the Beauty pagaent & break their rules,Voluntarily left her room at 2 am to be with Tyson, Volunarily go up to his room,( Allegedly kissing/caressing Tyson in the Lobby/Limo) For some odd ****ing reason Voluntarily remove her tampon in Tyson's Bathroom(with a lock on the door & a telephone inside) & the voluntarily went back to his bed. Why wait & go to someone elses room & take out your nasty tampon? Preparing for sex perhaps? No way this is a Beyond a reasonable doubt case.

Tyson was facing 60 years & got 6 & was even offered a lesser term for admitting guilt & he proudly didn't. I have already said it was a moot point but you need to google Craig Watkins(Dalls county DA/ Duke Lacrosse/Kobe Bryant/etc...) & see the carnage these bogus claims can wreck & how nearly impossible it is to defend yourself.
