Teddy says Saul, I don't want to see these guys anymore

Boxing is giving the fans bologna and charging us filet mignon prices. UFC is giving fans sirloin with better sides. A little better. Plus it seems the UFC fighters earn the big paydays, which seems to keep the fighters hungry for a longer period of their career.

 

If youre paying to watch any PPV fights UFC or boxing you're just a sucker

True. Except for it's not. All PPV records were broken in the internet era, matter of fact random internet guys are now fighting each other doing million PPV buys. I mean ppl. pay to watch other ppl. play computer games or disappear very large dild0es in various holes. Not sure those are part of the Fury merch, are they?

 

Especially given the fact that UFC 267 was a monster of a card and it was free to watch (on ESPN+).

Hat's off to anyone who watches that sausagefest of a podcast though. I lose interest when Teddy is relentlessly svcking up and complimenting Ken for something, which usually takes up the first 15-20 minutes of the podcast.

I shhh you not if Oscar wasn't so embarrassed and singed onto OnlyFan$ like a smart businessman he'd made fortunes selling PPV tickets for his kitchen show. I mean millions of unhappy women screamed his name over his career (and some of you, ESB posters), sure as hell they would've paid for a late night Oscar special (and so would've some of you).

 

I dunno, I kind of agree. Becoming undisputed is great and all but it’s not like he went through murderers row to get it. I’ve been saying for a long time, even made a thread on it, it’s time for GGG vs Canelo 3. More for the fact that it’s entertaining fights. Most of Canelo’s fights since then (maybe not jacobs) has been pretty dull. Just storming forward against minimal resistance.

 

I get what he is saying but who else is he supposed to fight? You can only fight who is available or whoever has the belts. Teddy is getting even more negative towards boxing these days and is becoming more of a UFC pundit.

 

Luckily most of his recent fights were on DAZN. Otherwise I don’t think many people would pony up 80 bucks to watch him fight Yildrim, C Smith and Co.

 

Yeah I hear ya. It might have taken a bit longer than expected but I had zero doubts of the outcome. I’d have to put up a ridiculous amount just to win a hundred bucks so even the bookies knew what’s up.

 

Other than Kovalev I’d have to say no. Looking back it’s easy to say Kovalev was shot and all that but at the time I didn’t know. I guess I underestimated the short training camp and quick turnaround.

 

Boxing is dead..

We’re just watching the last remnants of it.
