I dont remember any fights they carried before 1982 because 1982 is when i became a big boxing fanatic and i was only 8 in 1980 and in 1981 I only remember that WAPA carried Sanchez vs Gomez and Leonard vs Hearns because it was impossible not to hear people talk about these fights and I did watch them with interest. Canal 2 did carry Tuto Zabala boxing shows on Saturday nights from Miami, which i watched religiously, but the only fight of importance i remember shown there is Antonio Cervantes' retirement bout, against Danny Sanchez, which is in the list. They were the second best channel for free boxing in Puerto Rico during the 1980s after WAPA TV, canal 4. These fights were commented by the also legendary (but less so than Rafael Bracero, considered by far the GOAT as far as sportscasters in Puerto Rico) Junior Abrams and Ernesto Diaz Gonzalez
