Tell me about Marlon Starling´s skill level !!

I'm a fan and love how he fights. He reminds me of Winky with the highguard but he held his gloves closer to his face more. A great counterpuncher, had great defense, and was notorious for taunting his opponents after he picked off their shots. I think he gets forgotten a bit because of Curry but lets remember that he fought a prime Curry twice and went the distance both times so that right there says a lot about him. I REALLY want to see more of his fights on youtube especially his fights with Curry. To me he came off as a guy that never fulfilled his potential though you knew he was very good and maybe great(like Nunn). He even went the distance in a close fight with a prime Nunn too(Nunn too is often forgotten because of Toney). I think it's pushing it a bit to call him great but I feel he's close to being considered that.

 

Would probably be no.1 p4p today.
