I rank him 8 all time at BW. I'm a rarity that ranks him above Pete Herman and Kid Williams, by 1 and 2 places respectively. He never won the title and, like Herman and Williams, lost a lot. He beat Williams and came out on top in a series vs Herman, though. Allied with series wins over top 20 all time BWs Bud Taylor and Joe Lynch, he ranks the highest of his peers, for me.
