Tell me you don't see Cotto doing this several times during the fight with Mayweather

Mayweather is a totally different fighter today, than he was then. He's much stronger, better on the inside, and doesn't fight off the back foot nearly as much anymore.

i think u need to go back and watch some of his other fights besides the margarito and pac fights. u are severely underestimating this mans capabilities.

Cotto abandons his body attack far too often in fights while JLC would never think to do so. Why you ask? Because when you commit to the body you leave yourself open and JLC had the toughness to and was willing to pay the price of what was coming back while Cotto doesn't.

cotto stops ppl with single shots. hatton and jlc are the type of guys that have to break u down. ortiz has never been an inside fighter and lacks the maturity and intelligence that cotto has. we will see on cinco de mayo.

One can recognize his skill and dedication without being a fan of his personality or fighting style. It's when a person starts to let thier dislike of the latter interfere with their apprciation of the former that signals ignorance.
