Tendinitis of elbow

    Any suggestions to strengthen as well as relieving pain?

    Rest. Tendinitus is inflammation of the tendons themself. The only cure for that is simply rest.

    Lay off isolation and or preacher curls.

    Maybe think about a pituitary gland stimulant that bump your hgh production if your brain.. HGH..

    Not saying take hgh.. Get a supplement that increases your hgh production to help you heal, like Somatomax.
