Tennis Ball Reaction Training

    i searched forum little bit, but i havent found this.. Maybe some expertise here know this stuff, i saw it first time today and its amazing :)

    i dont have a space at home for heavy bag, speed bag or real double end bag so this is great thing for me.. i already made a double end bag with 2 tennis balls (one for head, and one for body) and slip bag with baloon full of sand in socks so this is my next thing to do (one of my future project is also a 4 way slip line which i saw here)

    Yeh Fight Night Champ sparked my interest in this kind of training.

    jesus thats gonna ****ing hurt if it hits you in the face, im a puss when it comes to incomming tennis balls -_-

    You're afraid of being tapped with a tennis ball in the face but you box? Bit odd!

    Tennis balls are under rated tools.

    Tennis balls and flat sports cones aren't used half as much as they should be.

    its really nice if you have flinching issues because you have to keep your eyes open all the time while you are hitting, it is eye reflex and coordination tool

    yeah iuno i think its just a mentallity thing, i dont mind getting hit with gloves but tennis balls are just so small and the pain is extremely sharp compared to getting hit with boxing gloves
