Cant say hes resting on his laurels. TLO is the most gifted fighter in the sport right now. And only getting much better. Not even reached his prime and already defeated Loma. This content is protected
Gotta protect that glass? In all seriousness, Lopez did not look at all comfortable vs Loma rounds 7-11. Whilst Loma is accurate, he's not the hardest puncher at 135 let alone if Lopez moves up to 140, where there are legit bangers that can really crack.
Hey, I'm no Loma fanboy or owt, thought Lopez looked great when Loma wasn't throwing, but not so great when he did, that is all. And I had it scored 115-113 Lopez too. But if I was in Lopez camp, rounds 7-11 would have deffo been something to work on. My 2c.
Fanboy alert. Why it have to be that way ? Why so narrow minded ? Have you seen other boxers ? or only this guy ? To use the word gifted for this twat.
You're going to be sorely disappointed when Lopez finally faces decent opposition his own size with two functioning arms. And also, I'm not sure how you've got Lopez as the most gifted fighter lmao. He's just a massive weight bully who relies on his power to beat mainly smaller dudes. He has got decent counterpunching (it's good it's not something that stands out) but his footwork is pretty ass. Did you even watch the first six of Loma Lopez? Yeah Loma was basically doing **** all, but Lopez walking towards him swinging away hitting and gloves and air wasn't doing anything special. As soon as Loma decided to engage Lopez looked lost and Loma was pinging his head back and forth pretty much at will. I'll give him credit for fighting back the smaller one armed man in round 12 though. I think we all really know why Lopez won't give Loma the rematch.. Oh and also, he should have a loss against Nakatani.. Id call it a gift rather than robbery
kid looks sharp. reaction time is impressive. hopefully he keeps developing. hes physically gifted, i hope he can make the most of what hes been blessed with.
