I don't know what Teo would show up. If it's a mentally fragile Teo doubting if he still has it then Pitbull runs over him.
As it always is with Lopez, it depends on which Teo shows up. He is one of the few guys who I wish would stop thinking in the ring and just fight. He has very good athleticism, decent power at the weight and excellent hand speed. Instead of using those skills he spends too much time posing and trying to figure out his opponent and when would be a good time to throw a punch. If the man would let his physical abilities overwhelm his foes he would be much better off. Cruz is the kind of guy who isn't going to let you pose and Lopez better be ready to fight for every minute of the twelve rounds. I've got Lopez winning a hard fought decision.
I think Pitbull will win but get jobbed on the cards.Teo is good and runs hot and cold I agree but judges seem to love him lol
Teo has really bad defense and over-relies on his reflexes. On top of that, he's rather easy to drop. He'll have to be on his Ps and Qs against Cruz, otherwise he'll get knocked out or dropped several times and lose a Dec.
If Teo gets a real trainer and goes in with a game-plan and knows what he's gonna do and how he'll approach Cruz, then this is a very winnable fight for him. If he sticks with his moronic hype-man father who has no idea how to train him or how to prepare for fights, then Teo gets mauled by Pitbull.
Before the Claggett fight I would have said Teo, as he does best against fighters who come straight at him. However with Teo looking like **** against Claggett I'm not so sure now; I would say I am leaning towards Pitbull if this fight comes off.
Pitbull would take his best shots and keep coming, if Teo lays on the ropes like he did against Claggett he'll be in deep trouble against Cruz. Teo would need to box a perfect fight or he loses imo.
He should. Teo fights down to his competition though. Pitbull has tight defense as well. Great fight imo.
