Elite match up this weekend in front of a sold out MSG.

For me Shakur is all wrong for Lopez. Lopez prefers to fight pressure fighters he can counter and has struggled lately against fighters on the back foot. Maybe that could be motivational issues though as they haven’t been the biggest names.

    Thoughts/predictions?

Probably biased because Shakur’s my favourite fighter for a lot of reasons, so I’m expecting him to shine this weekend. Teo did impress me vs Barbosa last time out, but then he went and made a right dickhead of himself at the presser, so he’s still the same bellend who helped engineer the Kambosos defeat. And his old man is basically the exaggerated version of him.

I think Stevenson wins, probably a UD if I had to bet my own money on it, I think the general way of thinking is it’s technical prowess vs power and that’s probably not far wrong imo

I won’t stay up for it personally, I’m the opposite to @boxberry92 in that I don’t enjoy watching shakur fight generally speaking, don’t dislike him just don’t get excited about watching him

All good mate, I was brought up on purist boxers so that stylistic side’s been conditioned into me since I was a kid. And my other prediction is @worzel is about to become your no.1 fan.

Going to try and get up for it but on the ale tomorrow night so it could be a struggle. Teo Sr acting a donut as usual today.

It should be a Shakur UD because hes so difficult to fight against but Teo seems to raise himself for the biggest fights so is a live underdog.

Still undecided on staying up for this one - anyone worth a watch on the undercard?

I think Lopez might just edge it in a close contest... Think he might drag Stevenson into his kind of fight....

Really hope Teo pulls it off

It’s a solid card, Keyshawn Davis and Carrington on the card. Also Jarrell Miller in a fight that will almost certainly end in a KO within 3.

Does any one have the running order for this?
The undercard is good despite the drop out of Adames which is a shame.

Will probably look to join for the Miller fight but if I need more sleep, definitely from Carrington.

I'll be trying to stay up for this one tonight, decent undercard which should help. Got Lopez for the win, not totally convinced by Stevenson and think Lopez has a big win or two left in him yet.
