Teo is a huge favorite in this one. Is this a little disrespectful to Sandor after the schooling he put on Mikey?
I would bet $20 on Martin. what are the odds ? Mikey was very good boxer in his natural weight division, way better than Lopez ever be.
no, I think it is not disrespectful, it is just realist. And I like sandor, please, don't misunderstand me.
no, but he has never faced anything even remotely close to teo. You could say mickey, but teo would send this version of mickey to the hospital faster than you blink. That fight vs kambosos where he spent more than half the fight acting like an idiot is confusing people. Teo is a freaking beast, I dont see how sandor can win to him, tbh. I would say more, Teo is building confidence in the new division before assaulting the big guys in the division, and there is a reason why his team has chosen sandor. And that reason is because they know that sandor cant win. And I repeat that I like sandor. And it can happen that I'm wrong too (I doubt it, though). But what I cant do is to lie, what I wrote here is what I think. EDIT: man, you only have to look at the odds. I'm not crazy. EDIT2: and I will be very glad if I'm wrong and sandor wins, because as I said I like sandor, and teo is a complete idiot.
Yes, it's very disrespectful. Not only would it not shock me if Sandor pulls off the upset, I'm annoyed that people would think it's an upset. He has a far more impressive win at 140 than Lopez does, and we don't know if Teo's power has carried up or not. Clearly it wasn't all that effective against a glass cannon like Campa, who was keeping almost every round close and even won a few of them. Hopefully Sandor has him hitting air all night, and hands this delusional mental midget another humiliating defeat.
Teo did not look that good in his last 2 fights now. He did not show the same power. It is hard to call. I can see Sandor doing enough to win but being robbed. I can see Teo winning clear too, he is a big guy. I think it will be a good competitive fight
I hope Sandor baptizes this creep in Spanish slickness juice This content is protected This content is protected
I don't assign all that much weight to the win over Mikey, that wasn't the same guy from a few years ago. Inactive, bad weight management, quite a few pro fights, side businesses/interests, the only thing missing on his shot bingo card are KO losses.
Give me Martin in this fight. I am picking the upset. Martin has the skill to frustrate Lopez and throw him of his game plan and Lopez has no idea what a plan B is.
If Martin does give him trouble and is ahead after a few rounds I really can't wait to hear Lopez Snr's advice and instructions in the corner.
