So here's why so many people predicted incorrectly: Neither man fought the way they "usually" always have in the past. A knockout puncher is usually easy to defeat for a tactical boxer. That is, go 12 rounds and be handed a victory decision by judges. Fraud Mayweather made a career out of it. But Lopez turned into the tactician for this fight (didn't that used to be Loma's original knickname?) And hey, why is it always called an "upset" when the taller stronger younger faster undefeated boxer wins? (Just like with Wladimir Klinch-ko and Tyson Fury)
Lopez still spent the majority of the fight on the front foot. Only going backwards when he started to tire and Loma got aggresive. Young well put together pro's popping up and destroying old overhyped dossers like Wlad and Loma is just predictable.
