Teo is better off fighting Garcia, Haney or Romero. Maybe call out Lomachenko.

Lopez is a natural 140 fighter, Ennis is a natural 154 and a bit of a weight bully.

Of course Ennis would win.

Ennis is an inch taller and both have a 74 inch reach so there is such a big size disparity on paper but Ennis is big for the weight and Lopez at 147 would definitely be out sized.

But having said that I think this would be relatively competitive. Ennis isn't difficult to hit and I think his style will allow Lopez to counter and fight his kind of fight. But the speed and power in the end will be difference and Ennis' power probably bails him out of what was probably a really competitive fight up to that point.

Teo has a 68 inch reach and is a few inches shorter in reality. Teo is not stupid enough to fight boots anyway.

But yeah I don't think he would move up and make the fight. Too much risk for too little reward.

 

I think Teo should go for the Haney fight, it would probably still do some numbers. The Lopezes and the Haneys have had history since both guys were still at 135.
