Well done to the Takeover, he really shut me up and proved his doubters that he really is the real deal. Impressive to think that he’s only 23 years old, already undisputed, and beat arguably the best fighter p4p in his second title fight. He’s much more skilled than given credit, gotta give him respect for that even with his brashness and bravado. Loma didn’t look like his usual self, but I think it had more to do with Lopez not letting Loma do what he wanted to do early on. Good game plan from Team Lopez. Anyone else willing to eat crow and give Lopez the credit he deserves?
I knew he was good, but I think this was as good as I could possibly imagine him being. I stupidly listened to Dwyer before this fight and had the image Lopez's defence would be crap.
When Fury and Floyd and all the ground level boxing community say he is legit AF then you need to listen This was a step too early (not far) by most people's estimations but it workes out great
For sure, I am really impressed, much much more impressed than if Teo got a KO victory. I don't like his boxing persona too much though, he's a really nice guy outside the ring. I know you need to sell fights but I wish he would show his real self instead of this fake boxing persona
