What nonsense is this? How does Loma, who has a better record, more titles, beat more top guys, and easily accomplished more, NEED Teo more?? :duh

Actually, it's ALL about other people (Fans) who determine your worth. Fans dictate how popular you are and what your purse CAN be.

Teo is ducking Loma big time if he doesn’t take the fight. Holding out for 2 to 3 millions? He is out if his mind. In this pandemic time he won’t even make what he did in his last fight against anyone else. Who does Teo think he can fight to make what he is offered?

Well Lopez is still very young and has a lot of time to make a great resume, Loma time is ticking and needs to step it up if it's not Lopez move down or up in weight asap if he can't get big fights at 135

If he continues to avoid fighting the number 1 in his divisions he won't ever build a great resume.

Loma's career won't be judged on whether or not he fights Lopez.

I was sitting on my dining table after having my lunch and looked at my phone, checking my e-mail. It is unusual for me to check the news feed, but it featured an interesting news. I almost choke while having my coffee when reading this...

You gotta admire the arrogance. I know he is a spoiled brat, but this is quite astonishing. Saying things like this to the one that feed you is not nice. He gotta be careful of what he wished for.

Lopez' worth will be clearly determined when he takes on an alternative opponent. 25% of a watermelon will always be better than 99% of a grape. Lopez seems to rather have the grape. I'd just like to see what his payment is for said choice.

    Complete Duck.

Getting paid 40% more than his highest payday ever (commney) in a time when no tickets can be sold.... it's a bad, bad look. This is trending towards not even being a PPV.

Throw and offer to Haney and move on.

Definitely untrue Lopez' time is running out. He can't continue to boil down to lightweight and there are real monsters at 140 and his strengths will be noticeably negated against the elite of the division. Prograis, Taylor, and Ramirez would absolutely destroy that kid and I'd favor a couple others over him as well. He and his team are aware of their predicament which is why they need to capitalize as much as possible.

You're lying to yourself if you can't admit that Floyd's impact on the sport on keeping the "0" at all costs is all pervasive now. Whether that's outright running during a fight, ducking fighters, cheating etc. WOuld a warrior have ducked Loma? Lopez ain't no warrior. Same cloth as Floyd.

Looks to me like he's looking for a way for the fight not to happen right now. Whether or not he ever wants it only he really knows.

People struggle to distinguish between talent and ability to draw numbers. BOTH Lopez and Lomachenko are supremely talented and at the same time are not able to draw amazing numbers. Knowing this, Lopez requesting more money is obviously pricing himself out for now at least.

Lomas career won't be judged on nothing if he keeps fighting nobody's and wasting time, he will be remembered as a great amauter tho...
