Hey everyone, I wanted to know anyone else’s thoughts about Teofimo evidently looking over Barboza. He’s been hanging out with Adin Ross, Andrew Tate, and multiple social media influencers since the year began (even since the Fatal Fury presser too). He recently joined Milton Lacroix but the training they’re doing seems minimal, they only post the showboating footage. I also saw he has released certain coaches in his team that were there since 2023-2024. I have a really bad feeling heading into May 2, it’s the same way I felt when he fought Kambosos. Has Teo’s hubris once shown towards Kambosos now returned for Barboza?
Teo's problem is that he improvises rather than plans, he obviously has some cognitive and attention issues. Not surprised he would be attracted to those simpletons success and talking points. I think Barboza is a better boxer and just has to be consistent with his output to win.
