Imo this is an interesting fight for me because teo has said he wanted to go to 147 next and he hits hard enough that boots would be hurt.

That being said, teo has been very inconsistent and I do think that boot's power would bail him out here with a late stoppage.

Teo just called out Boots. Both don't have fights at the moment. Teo wants to move up and Boots don't want smoke with any of the elite 154 pounders. It's the perfect fight.

This isn't a good fight for Teo. Boots would just keep him at bay and pound him down the stretch, he should target Barrios or Stanionis those are winnable

Boots is too big, it wouldn't end well for Teo IMO.

Whilst Super Boots' stock has fallen a bit after his last performance and many will see this as a more winnable fight for Teofimo now, Super Boots is too big and let's not forget that Teofimo should have 3 losses on his ledger, to Kambosos, Sandor Martin and Jermaine Ortiz and he was dropped x 3 in (officially x 2) in those fights. Granted he's a lot more proven and accomplished than Super Boots, though.

Teo is more bark than bite. Although I'd take Teo to beat Tank *if* fight took place at 140 w no rehydration clauses...which Tank doesnt do lol

Boots too big and too long and Teo too conventional for Boots. Unconventional styles will trouble Boots but straight up and down fighters wont

It is a name opponent. Don't see why Ennis would avoid fight. This will sell.

He clearly don't want a bigger guy. Ducked Ortiz

He has plenty of bite too, especially when facing leprechauns, but he gets bitten a lot more when fighting opponents his own size or bigger

Teo loses to both Barrios and Stanionis. Both are individuals who are bigger threats than Karen, Loma, and Kambosas. 3 opponents who gave Teo many issues in their match up.

This is the perfect match up for the Ennis camp. He's built his career up on fighting smaller lightweights trying to move up to 147lbs. He was quick to blame his lack luster performance of last fight on the weigh drain of making 147 but quickly was pushing for Ortiz to compete at that weight knowing this man's was rushed to the hospital the last time he tried to drain to welterweight.

Teo gives Ennis a name to promote for a big fight. As far as competition in the ring, well, I guess we'll have to see what mental state Teo will be in on fight night.

This is the one fight where it would be nice to see both fighters lose just so they can be brought to reality on where they are in this sport.

i would take teo if i could get him to the fight on point. i think he is naturally more talented. i think he is faster, better reflexes. with his head on straight and a proper plan and prep, i think he takes this. trouble is getting him out of his own way.

Maybe not Stanionis but Barrios sucks, Teo can win that. Karen never fought Teo but he would beat him up handily, dude is all wrong for Lopez
