Long-term, I think Ryan will have a better career. At this stage, Teo has more experience against better opposition and might be too much. A lot of guys seem to hate Garcia but I think he has a bright future. Been wrong before and it’s hard to tell this early but he’s progressing well. In a year or so, I think he will surpass Teo.

I hope both guys stay committed and continue to progress. They have good skills and potential. If they fought today, I think Teo would have an edge because of his power. Remember the jawing between Ryan and Tank? If Ryan continues to progress, you won’t hear Tank saying his name or facing him in the ring. He’s not one legged old and faded Gamboa. You won’t see Tank call out Teo either. Too big and strong for the chubby little guy.

I like Lopez in this one. Garcia has holes, and I don't think he has the savvy or ring generalship to avoid getting caught by something fight altering.

Something tells me that Garcia has a glass jaw.

How tall was Nakatane? Garcia is tall kid as well for the weight. I think in the future could max out at 147 or 154.

Right now Teofimo. But in the future in 2 years this could be tough fight forTeofimo.

If neither detrimentally fall in love with their power -- Teofimo Lopez will be the better fighter.

I think that Teofimo has more talent than Garcia, they only take months of difference in age and there is a big difference between these two, so I think that to say that Garcia will have a better career but that he is not ready yet are excuses of marketing

Teo is a full year older than Garcia. Seeing as they are both very young, just starting their careers, a year is pretty significant. Ryan has fought a lower level of competition since he turned pro. I don’t see what you have a problem with. Teo has already been in a real championship fight and Ryan is still developing. Both are talented but I need to see Garcia against better competition before making a true assessment. Overall, I think Ryan is a better overall boxer but he doesn’t have Teo’s power at this stage. I also said if they fought today, I’d have to go with Teo. Teo has looked really good (Commey) and really bad (the Japanese fighter he faced in previous fight) in recent fights. It happens, especially with younger fighters. If Teo beats Loma, he obviously moves to a whole higher level than Ryan. It’s impossible to tell where these guys will wind up once they are prime. A lot depends on their commitment and mental toughness. This is another are where Teo has shown some weakness, but he’s still young.

If Teo is successful, I hope he puts a muzzle on his scumbag, loud mouth father. Learn from the mistakes of Danny Garcia. That loud mouth dad is going to lose him some fans.
