    It's about the process. The message it sends to your opponent. "If you live by the glove, you die by the glove". He told me had an image to uphold as a trainer and he couldn't have one of his guys deviating from that. Then he told me to stop getting involved and getting back to pad drills and to remember to keep my chin firmly in the air as I threw.
