It's crazy how you can make these assumptions. The fight game is dog eat dog, and Crawford is as real as they come. You have to be cold to survive it. He is like the anti-Mayweather. Never flashes wealth, still lives in Omaha, goes fishing, does charity. Crawford is awesome, if more fighters were like him, boxing would be better.
It's good he seems to have finally realized it's now or never. Always acting non chalant like he doesn't care for the Spence fight but with the upcoming weight issues and eye injury Spence has 1 fight left in him at Welter for only Crawford, nobody else. So it's now or Spence is going to 154 or ideally retire.
Good move, Arum was only hindering him. Hopefully now he can make the Spence fight with Arum out of the way.

If Arum gave a **** about his fighters he won’t be so willing to sacrifice JT to Bud who would a number on him.

how so? spence also struggled againts porter and alot even had him losing without the knockdown. porter is a tough guy to look against, he has a very quick in and out, herky jerky style, thats extremely hard to time. but porter loses focus in the later rounds and thats what ends up costing him in close fights.
Feel the same about Spence beating him,of course that won't be easy...Bob Arum is like a drunker,he promise you the moon but fell short on delivered it.Like my fav boxer originally thaught.
