Crawford shouldn't have ducked Porter. It is his fault.

Crawford lives under Bob Arum's desk in a cage

Last time I checked overrated Spence wanted none of him and for a good reason, Bud is an accident he won't escape with his 0.

Yeah I am not going to shed any tears for Crawford, throughout all of this he has seemingly been as much of a roadblock to himself as Arum has.

Brook looked in real good shape for Crawford, he weighed bang on 147.

Not surprising. Bud has not gotten the big fights, although he did turn down Porter.

It is hard to say who is to blame here, but Crawford is wilting with no end in sight.

It's Crawfords fault. He should have not resigned with top rank knowing damn well they had no big names at 147 he screwed himself.

In boxing, you have to know what a fight is worth. Top Rank has a lot of boxing guys that are pretty good at knowing that, and they are probably the best at developing talent.
PBC throws money at fights, way above what they are worth. Hence the financial problems, fighters not fighting, etc...And, if Crawford moves, the big fights won't get made anyway.
The market isn't there to support the money these guys expect to get paid.

A little bit of both but a larger portion is on the latter.. i mean crawford's contract expired in 2018 and he still chose to resign with Arum...

Crazy how we have the exact blueprint to Bob Arum’s tactics in this exact scenario. It’s happen so many times that it’ll be a miracle if Bud successfully breaks away. Those who are saying he froze himself out have to understand that before he signed the extension he was in the same predicament where if he didn’t extend he woulda been put on the shelf or offered unrealistic fights..

I think Bob did the same with Gamboa vs Rios.
And something similar with Chavez Jr. Jr. just wanted a single fight with Golovkin, and Arum said that either you take less money, or you sign an extension.
Imo Jr. did the right move there and just told him to **** off.

The way Arum treated Rigo was ****ing bizarre. I have no idea wtf Rigo did to **** him off(besides beating Donaire), but what happened was one of the strangest moves in recent times.
So Arum put Rigondeaux on a HBO main event vs Agbeko. It was basically an intentional career sabotage by Bob. James Kirkland was on the undercard and he got more viewers.
And the whole time Arum kept talking **** about Rigo.

Should have signed that lucrative contract with Mr Al Haymon.
