    If you look at PBC’s history it’s pretty obvious who’s preventing the fight. Crawford has fought people with a “pulse” in two divisions. Finding a pulse has only been an issue at welterweight, where “coincidentally” all of the top welterweights he hasn’t fought, are with PBC. History though.

    Whenever PBC wants, this fight happens.
