Terence Crawford continues to troll José Benavidez even after beating him

I think it’s pretty damn impressive Jose boxed Crawford’s little brain loose in many spots of the fight AND did so with a bad leg!!

Jose is calling him out for a rematch! Let’s see if ‘BUD’ ducks him.

 

I kind of appreciate the purity of this. It's not fake loud mouth talk to hype a fight. He genuinely dislikes him. This isn't hyping a fight. It's done entirely for spite. I hate that phony ****. Let this be a precedent. If you talk **** about Bud Crawford before a fight, he will hound you to your dying day. He will destroy you in the ring and then he will **** your wife.

 

i like it. i know its the narrative now to pretend bud outclassed jose and stopped him. what i saw was a guy who was very competitive in everything but footwork, which was understandable. if benavidez comes back without a flat, i want to see a rematch. another poster mentioned on fight night how bud caught jose while they were trading punches, same combos they had been trading all night and trying to land, and bud landed that one, in that particular exchange. i think a healthy benavidez belongs in the ring with anyone at 147.

Crawford has always annoyed me with this. Dude takes generic press conference insults personally every time.

Benadivez was crippled anyway.

 

Apparently the post showing that Crawford only responded to Benavidez's tweets goes over the Crawford haters heads. Crawford merely responded by Benavidez begging for a rematch. The idea that Benavidez was competitive in the fight is laughable. He might have won 3 rounds and most he merely laid back hoping to survive. When he did finally decide he had to fight he got a nose landing and a referee who stopped him from going down again. The old adage is don't let you mouth write a check your butt has to cash. Benavidez needs to shut up as he already got one more opportunity than he deserved and the butt whipping he gets the next time

 

He never complained about his leg while he was continually running his yap at Crawford. I am surprised it wasn't his nose that was bothering him since he landed on it after Crawford dusted him. Crawford looks for thing to drive him and people like Lundy and Benavidez are nice enough to provide it. Benavidez got his shot and now he needs to actually beat someone as a "cripple" to show he deserves a rematch.

 

Hater alert!!!! Your eyes are bad or you don't know boxing. Benavidez won 4 rounds tops. As for "ducking" someone maybe Benavidez should actually beat a B rated fighter to show he deserves a rematch. With all of the complaints about his leg he might not be capable

 

The "reason" is because no promoter will consider Benavidez vs Crawford viable again unless Crawford wants the fight made. Calling someone who kicked your ass a ***** is childish. He even went to the Danny Garcia card of "you ran from me." The fact you need someone to stand right in front of you so you can hit them or that you forget that when he did stand in front of you that you got face planted is laughable.

If you don't like it, boil down to 147 lbs and do something about it, simple as that. When you're at the top of the food chain, you make your own rules. That being said, Jose' started this back up...begging for another payday.

 

He's straight ghetto tough. He doesn't show it himself, but everyone in his life is ghetto. His mom is meaner and tougher than he is bragging about how bad she used to beat him and forcing him to fight other kids. Meanwhile, his baby mamas are talking trash and pulling each other's weaves off at the mall. Those are his associates. That's his environment. He ain't got a chance to be some elegant smooth talking scholar. But he knows how to fight.
