Ricky beat Ofotsu, Josh King, Do Rocco, and Relikh to earn a tittle shot. If you call that a pretty good run I don't think there is a point in discussing further. Troyanovsky was a hype job from Russia. He "had" potential was all he had going for him.

I give credit that Indongo beat them as big underdog in both fight but Burns and Troyanovsky were just two guys with skills on par with Indongo. There was nothing better about these two other than they had money and better manage career.

Ricky Burns and Troyanovsky = Lower B level.
Indongo looked like a B+ fighter in there with Burns and obviously brilliant againt Troya, therefore it's a good win for Crawford and a historical moment in boxing because Crawford has all 4 belts.

IF that had been Crawford instead of Manny in the 9th round Horn would have been out of there. A) Crawford can finish. B) Manny has not stopped ANYBODY in 8 years.

Crawford beats either Garcia and it isn't close. He split with Danny and beat Mikey as amateurs and Crawford is far better than he was then.

You said "he will struggle at 147" and I said "then you don't know talent." Crawford is a favorite against everyone in the division except Spence and Thurman and he is pickem with those two. If that is "struggling" apparently that goes for the rest of the vaunted 147 lb division too.

I disagree. Zab was able to claim the Lineal WW title. That's more than Bumlovkin or Lomachenko have been able to manage..

Lol how? I hold them in the same regard. In fact, I know Crawford's resume isn't amazing despite being undisputed. Crawford and Loma are ranked about the same to me. I rank Golovkin higher than both of them, even though he's not undisputed.

I've even made a thread about Crawford needing to move to 147.

I just shut down your agenda accusation.

Beating hand picked opponents is a good run? Why don't you educate me on all the fantastic qualities that these fighters possess that Ricky walked through? Since I was under the impression that these men were certified bums...

    Michele di Rocco
    Prince Ofotsu
    Josh King
    Kiryl Relikh

Felix Diaz is not better than Lemieux who was tucking away many good fighters with ease and has picked himself back where he left off after running into the road block called GGG. Diaz was a fighter tailor made for Crawford, way too small to offer a threat which is why he got beat down as if he stole something.

Btw I admire all sorts of styles, not just knockout artists, I don't know where you get that idea from. Half of my list of favourite fighters are predominately boxers.

Youre probably right but indongo wasnt supposed to be that easy and crawford just obliterated him.. that just shows how good he is but next up, either a garcia fight or test the waters at 147...Thats it.
