Oscar would win for his speed stuck and intelligence in the ring personally I think this welterweight generation is not so good

De La Hoya KO in 9. Oscar's chin too good, too much speed, punch selection, ring IQ and overall skillset too advanced for Bud.

Oscar was the man at welterweight and would KO Bud without any problems.

Among others at 147 or above Oscar beat

    Quartey
    Fernando Vargas
    Whitaker
    Chavez
    Camacho
    Mayorga
    Gatti
    Campas
    Castillejo
    Carr
    Rivera

Should have wins over Tito and Mosley albeit some felt he should've lost one or two of his fights where the decision went his way

How many of the aforementioned would Crawford beat?

Id say a close decision for Oscar. Good fighter (and while being a drug addict) in a competitive era with plenty of others. And bonus for actually fighting them, unlike certain fighters today.

Crawford has a mean punch with skills to back it up, but overall he has been losing rounds lately. Great distance, IQ, counters, but his defense is slipping and his foot movement is slowing. A circling De La Hoya firing that piston jab, with quick combos in between, should be able to win on points.

In Theory Oscar. But if we take into account he has lost every major fight...

I wouldn’t say that... he has some good scalps. I don’t really count Pac as he was a shell (and skeleton) of his former self and same can be said about the fight with Mayweather. He was also robbed a few times as well so we can factor that in...

Let’s wait for judgment on this until we see TC fight the top Welterweights of this era particularly the PBC guys. TC unfortunately has not yet faced a top tier Welterweight. Personally I think Spence would have beaten Oscar.

Crawford was forced to do an impromptu audition for Dancing With The Stars by a lilliputian Cuban who somehow looks like Rigo who somehow looks like Ortiz. Prime Oscar KOs the sleepy-eyed sociopath.
