Terence already challenged Canelo, he plans to go up at 168... so it's time to try to predict what would happen
Listening to Bud on Rogan's podcast, he's dead serious about wanting Canelo assuming Canelo beats Charlo. At first, i thought it was crazy but i don't think it's that crazy anymore given Bud's belief/skills and Canelo slowing down. Size matters but so does skill.
Crawford beats Canelo. But if by some miracle Canelo does win, it's purely because he's dragged him up 3 divisions
I mean, there's a reason Canelo wouldn't dare consider moving down to face Crawford. And there's a reason Crawford didn't hesitate for a second to be the one that suggests the fight takes place at 168. The mental gymnastics and excuses after Bud whoops Canelo are going to be even more comical than they have been for Spence.
So, according to you, Charlo has no chance against Canelo, but it would take a "miracle" for Canelo to beat Bud at 168? And if your "miracle" happens, it wouldn't be because of skill, of course not, it would only be due to the weight difference. Meanwhile Bud is on record saying he walks around in the 160s / 170s, and he just posted on twitter about how skills pay the bills and how size doesn't matter. Your comedy routine is rather entertaining. Just remember, that Bud is the one calling out the winner. And Charlo has been calling out for years. You're making it seem like Canelo is trying to drag guys up, but it's the opposite. Charlo and Bud have expressed a desire to move up and dare to be great. Canelo has already dared to be great by moving up to higher weights and testing himself against 175 lb Champions Kovalev and Bivol. This is what great fighters do, and it elevates the sport.
I knew it. I knew if I posted about the fight you would start the justifications already. Thanks for playing.
So, no matter what happens, you won't give Canelo any credit. By the way, did you give Bivol credit for beating Canelo or was that only because of the weight difference too?
Bud didnt hesitate for a second? He's been saying for years that he's too small for 168, that there's weight classes for a reason, until the Joe Rogan podcast. He completely changed his mind on this, so he's been very hesitant for a very long time about taking this kind of risk. Glad to see you think Bud is going to whoop Canelo. Can't wait to see him try.
Yeah but he's chasing undisputed at 168. So it makes sense for him to do it now. I think its about undisputed more than beating Canelo, that would be the cherry on top.
