This will be like Crawford vs Gamboa 2 except that Diaz has a very solid chin and his pressure is far greater. The only loss that Diaz has was a robbery and they tried to do it again with Sammy Vasquez. I don't know why Al or Bob isn't trying to put this guy on their payroll but he is an excellent fighter. I'm not sure Crawford can get the knockout and he will certainly be forced to fight all 12 rounds non stop.

The second part I want to know is whats wrong with Crawfords opponent selection? Does he not get the same pardon's that people give Pacquiao, Bradley, Loma, GGG and other HBO fighters?
He has definitely fought better guys than others who are touted as "All Time Greats" around here.

    Prescott-Khan killer
Klimov- Those Russians you guys love.
Burns- In Ricky's backyard, robbery free.
Gamboa- adjusted in the mid rounds and came back for the KO against a 3 time gold medalist.
Beltran- Solid name, stay active fight.
Dulorme-Solid name, only loss was to Abregu (son of Bradley)
Lundy-All around solid name, made guys like Herrera, Postol, Beltran, and Abril struggle.
Postol- another Russian that guys thought he was afraid of, got knocked down 2x, became a bum overnight.

The 140 of today is not the 140 of the Bradley and Garcia years. Stop being assholes!!

Though I like Orozco, he's pretty one dimensional. Felix Diaz is the more difficult test and probably the most complete fighter he's ever fought. Make it happen.

Nice fight. Let's see how Crawford deals with pressure.
As for your question, Crawford is just plain good. Who at 140 really has a shot at beating him? The list is small.

I have no beef with Crawford's choice of opposition at this point.

That said, the fight I wanna' see at some point is Crawford vs Lomachenko.

Man, Diaz is one of my favorites fighters, he can pull the upset, but would need to be meaner in the ring or will get another Peterson/Vasquez treatment.

    140. After this fight if Crawford don't get Broner then maybe it's time to walk into the snake pit of 147.

140 isn't too exciting and there are some great fights to be had at 147 if he's ready

How, specifically, do you see Diaz knocking him out? Accumulation? Missile that Crawford didn't see? Body head body combo? Please, don't hesitate to include details.
