Diaz is a very live dog. I really like how Crawford is showing his desire to challenge himself against the best opposition possible! He's the future of boxing.

Diaz is a durable and worthy opponent. His resume is good for only having 20 fights; Sammy "who can" Vasquez, Bracero, Lartei Lartey, Granados, Peterson (loss)

Diaz is a nice guy and decent fighter but Crawford is going to knock him out. Crawford is just too strong for guys at 140 and if he can't get Garcia to move up this year he should move up to 147.

No one should be writing Diaz off here, he's completely capable of pulling off the victory, he has an insanely good chin, a ridiculous gas tank, and will make Bud uncomfortable for every second of this fight, he uses intelligent effective aggression, he doesn't lead with his head and eat unnecessary shots, and Crawford won't have the benefit of fighting out of the southpaw stance, because Diaz is a southpaw, and since Diaz should have legitimately won the Peterson fight 118-110 or 117-111, he clearly has no issue fighting orthodox fighters. Diaz better gun for the KO from the opening bell, and he may be capable of pulling it off, he definitely hurt Granados far more than Imam and Broner did, he dropped him twice IIRC. Crawford isn't going to be able to adjust all that easily to the angles and volume of Felix, this has upset written all over it.

I've never seen him fight before but he's got a good resume.

Will the weight cut be an issue, he hasn't made 140 since 2014

I'm writing him off lol. He has no chance to beat Crawford.
