Monte Barrett nailed it. "Solid fighter" - that is pretty much Taylor's ceiling. He is too far along to be called a "prospect" (and like Barrett says, already has four losses) and not currently in a position in the rankings to really call a "contender" (even fringe), but he's too good to really hang with a tag like "gatekeeper" and definitely not "journeyman".

Quite talented, but with a one-track mind and lacking too much consistent fire in his belly/will to engage (or at least initiate). He'll always trouble very good fighters but probably won't beat many in his career at or near the world class upper crust.

I was going to root for Monaghan in this one, just because I'm far more familiar with him and Forsman has a really disturbingly weird looking body shape - but the Finn chose Pantera for his ring entrance and seems to be wearing a death metal band tee, so I think an upset here wouldn't upset me too much.

 

Yeah, the metalhead known as "Woodhead" doesn't usually last too long when he steps up past cab driver level.

 

Monaghan tapping Forsman on the chest with double jabs and whipping rights into the hip and gut. Forsman on the defensive, lowering his elbows to protect his body, pawing with some backfoot jabs and throwing looping shots with no leverage boomeranging into clinches to avoid the ropes.
