I can vouch that I'm 100% certain Rob was being sarcastic and making fun of the idiots that really do think all South/Central Americans are the same thing.

The guy that made the original comment about "feasting on Mexicans", though - best case, slightly ignorant (if he honestly assumed Acuna was Mexican), worse case, extremely ignorant and borderline racist (if he was fully aware from, you know, Acuna's Boxrec page or the commentators mentioning his nationality numerous times while calling the fight, and still thinks it's okay to just casually lump all Hispanics together as "Mexicans")

 

They are pretty much the same level, and yes that would be a nice brawl.
