    This. Jose is a good fighter, but he isn't ready for Crawford. It's a shame, since I know Jose, since he lives in my hometown and even trains at my friend's gym from time to time. He should be fighting guys like Andre Berto and Felix Diaz to get more experience, but it seems like he wants a quick cash out.

    Benavidez is a superb young fighter, beat Herrera legit after Danny was lucky to get a decision. He's 6"2 so Crawford is giving up a lot of size. An excellent 2nd fight for TC at 147 :clap:

    Crawford is wasting his time, the fact he resigned with bob tells me he doesn’t care if he gets these top fights made. I’m not doubting his heart, he is as game as they come but he will struggle to get the Spence, Thurman, Garcia vs Porter winner.

    I think it's a good fight.

    I've seen very little of Benavidez but what I have seen I've been impressed with.

    He doesn't strike me as being an easy mark for anyone.
