The last two unified (all belts) light welterweight champs. Very interesting match-up. Tszyu is the more straightforward & color-by-numbers boxer-puncher, much less multi-dimensional and skillful at reading a situation and making on-the-fly adaptations, but had about 10x more thunder in his fists (although Crawford might - emphasis on might - have the better chin. Both are probably above-average in that department) and had excellent timing and trap-setting instincts.
It's a true pick em fight. Crawford might well shut him out for several rounds or more only to get caught with a peach of a punch and sent to dream land, anyone who says this is an easy call is kidding themselves.
I think he'd be undefeated with the quality of opposition that Bud has faced. And let's face it for as complete as Bud has looked he has yet to face a legit threat.
Bud is a southpaw and if guys like Cotto can hit FMJ, Bud can and will. Bud's also got elite defence with his head movement and throwing gloves up to block incoming blows. I feel it was be a close fight but Bud would outwork FMJ at 140lbs. That's my honest opinion, same way I think prime Manny beats FMJ at 140lbs.
You picked Postol to beat him, I guess you stopped considering him a legit threat right after Crawford schooled his ass.
The other card was wider for Crawford and closer for Zoo. And we know those fights didnt transpire the same so stop talking.
