At 147 Oscar, among others, has wins, unofficial wins or at worst razor-close losses to

    35-0 Tito
    31-0 Quartey
    34-0 Mosley

    Wins over

    100-2-2 JCC sr,
    41-1-1 Sweet Pea
    63-3 Camacho

Albeit they ^^^ were past prime

    KO 11 Oba Carr
    KO 5 Gatti
KO 8 Wilfredo Rivera who many feel was robbed against Sweet Pea in their first fight

Let's be clear. ODH got decision over Sweet Pea, but he did not beat him.

I would take ODH to win without controversy. To those picking Crawford to easily win, are you honestly saying Crawford is better than prime Balco'd Mosley? I just don't see it. And Oscar arguably won that fight.

Always wonder why DLH seems to be the only boxer around here who is held to that standard.

As far as fighting the best goes? Or being required to win the big ones?

Edit: forgive me, it's been a long day. You highlighted it and everything for me. I assume it's because he was so marketable and was the cash cow at the time. Still though, some of those L's should have been W's in my book (and a lot of other peoples).

Because he was the face of the sport for a very long time. It comes with the territory. I’d bet Oscar doesn’t really care he was held to a higher standard. He was a legit superstar.
