    Gradovich is disregarding the jab of Velez and rolling in underneath it, landing with jabs and rights up top. Gradovich is doubling hooks on the body and then head as he makes Velez cede ground. Velez keeps Gradovich in check with the jab.

    Ironically the puncher Velez is most effective with his jab, lighter puncher Gradovich seems to move Velez more with his punches. Velez doesn't have much head or upper body movement.

    Gradovich is lunging up top with the right hand on the way in, diving inside face-first and eating jabs and short hooks as Velez circles away smoothly. Gradovich starts to cut the ring off, bypassing the Velez jab and clawing at his body. Velez lays his left arm down along Gradovich's back and pulls him into a light uppercut. Velez is just point-scoring, not sitting on most of his punches. Wide looping right by Velez while ducking away, thrown blind. Gradovich catches him in seated position with a 1-2.
