    Round 5

Crawford is placing nice accurate right jabs on the chin and hacking with right hooks on the backfoot. Beltran is walking through every manner of right hand, looking to land his own. Beltran fakes the overhand, landing a hook instead. Crawford is backed up near the ropes but answers back. Lunging body shot by Beltran. Crawford lands a left hand lead followed by a right hook.

    10-9 Crawford

    50-45 Crawford

Beltran is fighting the wrong fight. You can't play stalker to a boxer, it won't work. You have to outwork him.

He's a good fighter, but he does have deficiencies. He can't handle movement very well, as demonstrated in his fight with Usmanee.

Finally, Beltran is getting more aggressive.

Ummm i might had under estimated TV little bit.
Granted, only seen 3 of his matches and from what I had seen he was a solid B fighter.

It's quite possible he could build himself to a true B+/A- fighter. Now before everyone goes nuts. B+/A- is almost a great fighter so I don't need to hear **** from the cults

    Round 6

Crawford is throwing uppercuts with the right hand in front as southpaw while stepping to his own right. Crawford is too slinky and slippery for Beltran to catch flush. Crawford is landing jabs aplenty on the face as Beltran comes forward. Left hook by Beltran just muscling his way inside. Crawford escapes the ropes with several quick right jabs ducking and strafing out. Crawford is throwing fake jabs, pulling them, moving as Beltran comes forward and stops, uneasy when confronted with even the showing of the jab. Wild left hook by Beltran misses as Crawford skips away.

    10-9 Crawford

    60-54 Crawford

    Beltran getting closer

He's a solid fighter but I think the speed and reflex gap is too far

He will need to get a little more aggressive he's only won a round

Not sure if Crawford will ever break completely away in this fight. Beltran is smart and game enough that whenever Crawford gets really comfortable and increases his output Beltran does not miss the opportunity to capitalize on the more porous defense.

No feints or head movement from Beltran. Beautiful ring generalship by Crawford tho.
