Valenzuela keeps spiraling in on Reed, swimming close and digging left and right upper-hooks into the ribs, targeting his face with those straight rights only when he lowers his gloves and starts to pivot away. Valenzuela is smiling now, ignoring Reed's counter right jabs and hooks. Valenzuela lunges in with a 1-2-3, ducked and s****ing Reed's back, but connects on a looping shot as Reed is pulling straight back thinking Valenzuela was done.

Valenzuela is hopping to his right around Reed, covering up and catching his big left hand leads, stopping his legs as soon as he sees Reed stuffing the artillery in the cannon, tensed and ready to fire it, betraying his intentions despite the hand speed. Valenzuela is tagging Reed with the right hand at odd times as he circles him, before either of them has their feet set. Jabs are missing or caught both ways.

Valenzuela is backed up by Reed's 1-2 on the body. High right hook by Reed, stretching himself out to score with it and then falling away. Quick full-body turns by Reed, making Valenzuela miss a few left hooks lobbed out in half-seriousness. Valenzuela starts to scrabble at the body of Reed, attempting to pin him on the ropes and bringing some right hands up top. Reed ducks and rolls in the pocket, showing off some point blank defense and countering with a BIG left hand that has Valenzuela falling into him in the corner.
