    135lbs:
    140lbs:
    147lbs:
    154lbs:
I think it’s time for this thread as Crawford has achieved enough to warrant atg status, he can adapt during the fight, is versatile stylistically, he may not be as flashy as some or as athletic, but has got the job done against all kind of fighters, surely he takes this fight at 147lbs or 154lbs at least.
I believe Duran improved technically as he moved up in weight, whether that was because he had to use his technically ability, or he just genuinely didn’t have that technical ability when he was at 135lbs, I don’t know, but what I do know it that he was more effective at 135lbs.
    Who wins these matchups?

Duran clears, especially at welter considerin' his legendary Montreal performance. If Crawfraud meets that one instead of the weight-drained, party-driven version he is done.
IMO at super welter it might be more competitive but we yet to see Terence tested at that weight...

Duran developed more finesse, patience and his elite defense during his lightweight title reign. Much of that was credited to his work with Freddie Brown who was Duran's day to day coach/teacher. He didnt have to show those attributes as much at 135 because he was so strong at that weight.
Basically if you didn't run from Duran at '35 you were not leaving the arena under your own power. At the higher weights Roberto had to lean on some of those skills because he couldn't beat everyone with his power. Brown taught him alot about infighting but some of the things he did were natural. He was born to fight..

Crawford is a unique talent as well. He is by far my favorite fighter going today. I knew he wasn't just another belt holder after the 2nd time I saw him.
Bud can do everything, box, punch, counter, switch up. He's got that mean streak that puts him in good company. With that said I still don't know exactly how great he is. Too many guys ducked him. Bob Arum made sure he didn't crossover and be a superstar so it was easy to pretend he wasn't there.

I wouldn't bet this one but if I had to bet it still gotta be Duran because I saw vs other elite fighters still dominate. Not saying Crawford can't. It just his era.

Crawford is a great fighter IMO unfortunately for him he just hasn't had great dance partners. Not his fault it's the era he's in and in this era too many fighters are more worried about their 0 than they are about being the best. I don't believe Crawford is one of those guys. Duran has fought the best at so many weight classes it's mind boggling. When he chooses to be motivated he never fails to impress. He's encountered every style there is. Crawford hasn't experienced what Duran has. I'm confidently picking Duran in all these weight classes even though I still believe his prime was at 135 save the Palomino fight.

    Hi Guys.
For me, the Duran of the second DeJesus fight, was nigh on unbeatable, the only fighter I think might have beaten him would be Leonard, on that we will never know, Armstrong, Ross, Pac, Arguello, Williams ,would give him a stiff arguments, but beat him !! No ( imo )
    stay safe guys.

Crawford has no chance against Duran at lightweight. And we haven’t seen much of him at 154. Welterweight MIGHT be his best or only chance but I wouldn’t bet money on it
