head to head i got crawford over norris. I think crawford is more disciplined and a smarter fighter. Crawford will figure him out and thats that. Terry packin glass
also, none of the notable wins that he listed for crawford were leftovers. Add felix diaz to that list. He was coming off a robbery loss to peterson. If crawford fought all terrys opponents hed be undefeated.

Some of Norris' wins were past their prime but trying to tear down his resume in order to prop up Crawford's of all people is like Paulie Malignaggi criticizing Beterbiev for a lack of power (slight exaggeration but you get my point) and Norris was not only a world class devastating puncher, and we've never seen Crawford in with one of those in his entire career at any weight, but he was an elite fighter and a devastating puncher at a weight class Crawford has never fought at. And then factor in Norris was blazing fast, punched very hard with both hands, was a great combination puncher, and an excellent finisher. The hardest puncher Crawford has ever fought his size is Mean Machine in my opinion and he dropped Crawford and was lighting him up in the early rounds. Norris would light Crawford up like a Christmas tree and knock him senseless. Four of Crawford's best wins are featherfists or have average power at best Postol Gamboa Burns Porter Spence is an accumulation high work rate guy with a great engine not a power puncher
You cant say that when you have no idea how he would fight at 154. Norris's only real losses in his prime were Browne and Jackson. You should never count losses when fighters are well past their prime.
we will revisit this after crawford beats canelo, easy. He started preparing with his strength and conditioning coach yesterday.
OK. But that still has no bearing on Norris knocking his ass out. Norris was much faster than Clenelo with blazing hand speed and vicious combinations and they would be crashing into Crawford's visage and noggin at rapid speed, whereas, Crawford will have a speed advantage against Clenelo and it will be easier for him to evade his shots. Norris had blazing speed, vicious power in both hands, and was a lethal finisher. One of the extremely few punchers Crawford has ever fought his size This content is protected
Norris will always be in my top 3 personal favorites and I’ve seen just about every fight of him that I can get my hands on. That being said, I’m pretty torn on this one. Norris was an offensive machine, but the man could come into fights with some awful game plans. He would also regularly abandon his skills and defense just to land a punch. I’m not a big Crawford fan, but the man is consistent and methodical with everything he does in the ring. He also keeps his cool all the time unlike Norris who would get overly excited in exchanges. If Bud can take Norris’ speed and power then I think he’d win more often than not.
